What is GWWB Exchange Policy?
If you have ordered a wrong size, exchange can be eligible if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your products.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us.
Products should be returned neat, unworn, with tags and original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has a sign of wear,odours, stains (glitters, oils etc ) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise.
Please refer to the sizing chart when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size.
If we made and error in fulfilment of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. if the incorrect item has been worn, opened or removed from the package we will not be able to exchange regardless of the error on behalf of GWWB.
